Each KIT includes a bellows and two collars to fit at the end, but different accessories permit to obtain any length and fitting to any geometry.

They are easy to apply and guarantee a full protection for any mechanical device without limiting the movement.

They are produced in 3 classes:

BAR 83    (Di.50 De.83)
BAR 106  (Di.70 De.106)
BAR 135  (Di.90 De.135)
BAR 135L (Di.72 De.135)  

Standard materials:

 
NBR: Oil resistant (Black colour)
FOOD-GRADE SILICONE: (Orange colour RAL 2005)   
 
On request: 
 
EPDM: For external.
HIGH TEMPERATURE SILICONE: 300°C continuous.
HNBR: Oil contact, long life and high temperature.
FKM (VITON®): For special application.    
       

At the moment of shipping we punch the hole’s diameter required.Then it’s enough to fit the bellow’s body on the two collars and you get a perfect result: A bellows that seems designed for the application.

It’s also possible to link with specific joints all the bellows you want to get any necessary length and race.
