SHOCK ABSORBERS  

 

For 45 years, BARBIERI has been designing and manufacturing any type of special shock absorber to customer requirements, and also manufactures a whole series of standard cylindrical shock absorbers.  

 

 

Rubber shock absorbers allow precise, simple and fast levelling of machines. They also provide a high level of shock absorption, damping vibrations and reducing noise.

 

 

The main sectors in which the shock absorbers manufactured by BARBIERI are used include:

-motors and engines 

-compressors, power generators 

-building and road construction machinery 

-air conditioning units, refrigerator units 

-electrical and electronic appliances 

-weighing systems 

-processing centres, machine tools 

 

Technical characteristics:

- the rubber-metal coupling is capable of bearing the same amount of traction as the rubber body

-the special SBR filled NBR mix guarantees a wide hysteresis range

- vulcanisation control prevents the formation of air bubbles inside the rubber body

- all inserts are in quality steel (stainless steel on request)

- metal parts are continuously and strongly joined

- reliable galvanisation
